I am an experienced venture investor and leader with more than 25 years across life science, planetary health, and sustainable innovation. My career spans research, intellectual property, business development, and over a decade in venture capital, financing more than 35 companies and building investment teams within the Danish Sovereign Fund and Hadean Ventures.
I am the Founder and Chairperson of Women in Life Science Denmark (WiLD), a non-profit promoting diversity and leadership across the Nordic life science ecosystem, now active in Denmark, Norway, and Finland. Recognised among the Top Women in VC and Nordic Life Science, I am an active communicator, experienced board leader, and mentor with a broad network across LPs, venture funds, universities, and innovation agencies.
